Kelli started her journey in Hospitality Management at MD Eastern Shore and over the years she has showcased her skills in many food sectors across our city. Kelli has worked in Food Service outreach with S.O.M.E a nonprofit feeding thousands of disadvantaged citizens across the metropolitan area. She has led Kitchen Brigades in positions as Executive Sous Chef & Production Manager until she made her career detour to administration. 

Kelli has reigned high in management within Sodexo & Sage Dining Services at Washington & Virginia Hospital Center serving through healthcare. From there she has gained abundance of experience in all types of Food Service Management.

 While elevating in Food Production Kelli wanted to nurture her administrative capabilities and she decided to take more direction into Operational management. Continuing to highlight her achievement in Food Management she utilized those skills to foresee administration in her tour of duty. Her most recent career catalog has brought her to Operational Management in District of Columbia’s Public School System, DCPS, in Food & Nutrition Services. She hopes to utilize her experience from here in placement with our community’s youth by educating the Art of Hospitality & Logistics behind Operations.  

The act of service is Kelli’s professional language and creating a wonderful experience brings a full satisfaction of duty for her. 

As the Catering Coordinator and Executive Assistant at The Patrick Michael Company, I bring both professional expertise and a personal passion for creating unforgettable experiences. With a major in Architectural Engineering and a minor in Communications, I have always been drawn to the art of organizing and planning. My role allows me to combine my creativity and organizational skills to ensure every aspect of catering is flawlessly executed—from crafting customized menus to overseeing event logistics.

Originally from Columbus GA, I’ve always had a love for design and food. Outside of work, I enjoy Pre fixe tasting menus on date nights, traveling and giving back to the community. These experiences inspire me to bring fresh ideas and perspectives to the events I help coordinate. Whether it's an intimate wedding or a large corporate event, I am committed to making every occasion special for our clients.
