After your initial inquiry you will receive a questionnaire to complete about your event. Once you have provided your responses you will receive a list of packages to choose from that fit your event desires. Once a package has been selected you will receive a message to schedule a phone screening with our specialist.
The phone screening will be to share more information about our packages and services and to verify if you selected the best package for your needs. If everything checks out and you are ready to move forward, we will schedule an in person consultation.
The consultation will give you an opportunity to get to know us as your potential planners. We will provide you with an overview of our services and share some insight in the event planning world. We will also give you the opportunity to share your ideas and thoughts about your event and share your expectations of us.
After the consultation you will receive a proposal via honeybook, based on your planning needs that was discussed during your phone screening and consultation. Once the proposal is received you will be able to sign your contract.
This package starts 12 months or more prior to your wedding day and is designed for the bride and groom whose life is simply too busy to handle the hours and hours of planning that weddings require or for that couple who has no idea where to begin. We are there for you from the beginning until you say “I DO”. Sit back, relax and allow us to handle all the work exactly as if you had done it yourself.
This package is designed for the couple who has begun their planning process but got tired of Doing It Yourself (DIY), and would like an experienced professional to give them guidance. Our partial planning begins 6-8 months prior to the wedding. We can help you complete the event design that compliments your vision and budget.
This package is ideal for the couple that has invested in planning their own wedding,
but wants a professional to execute these plans on their wedding day. Our "Day Of" coordination begins 6- 8 weeks prior to your wedding.
This package is for the couple who envisions their wedding outside of the Washington DC Metropolitan Area. Whether your dream wedding takes place on the pearlescent sand beaches of Cancún, in the Dominican Republic, or in a luxurious suite overlooking the stunning shorelines of Maui or Los Cabos, we can start planning it right away. We provide logistics management, cultural support, travel accommodations, and plan custom activities and excursions for all destination events. Our destination planning service begins approximately 12 months prior to the wedding. Our event specialist will be available on an ongoing basis with unlimited communication and will be on site for your rehearsal and the day of your wedding.
